Executives’ training Program

Targeted people

Managers – directors, heads of department, senior managers – who have organizational changes to pilot.

Goals

At the end of the training, attendees will know how to :
• define the long-term positioning of their organization
• steer a change, manage the turbulences it creates
• have employees adhere to change
• optimize and describe workflows
• deploy an organization and ensure the quality of its operations
• make the elements of a management system coherent.

Course

The attendee manual tells the story of a company that changes its strategy and organization.

The attendee individually reflects on the concrete situations of the story by giving advice to the protagonists. He/she builds on his/her and the others’ experience to discover the key concepts.

During each meeting, the facilitator guides discussions, asks the attendees to do exercises or role plays, and to transpose in their own context.

At the end of each day, each attendee chooses one of the key concepts of the day to be transposed in their everyday work. The results of the transpositions are evaluated at the beginning of the next meeting.

Organization

Four days spaced 3 weeks apart, the main themes of which being:
• Day 1 : Exploration of the evolution & conditions of the environment, and strategic analysis
• Day 2 : Process description & optimization, and employees’ involvement
• Day 3 : Accelerating decisions, supporting people and preparing for deployment
• Day 4 : Substantive negotiation, quality assurance of processes and management system.
