The intention 
This French manufacturer wanted to reorganize his production – a dozen assembly lines – so that production teams were autonomous and able to respond with more agility to the very seasonal objectives.

On the menu… Resistance and misunderstandings towards an apparently deep change.

Involvement
Our support was aimed at creating the necessary conditions for team involvement. It was structured around three phases: :
1. Drawing up an inventory, by interviewing a representative panel,
2. During the steering committee, analyzing the risks, brakes and levers with the Management,
3. Defining objectives and implementing an action plan.

To ensure the continuity and the smooth running of the action plan, or to reorient it if necessary, Groupe Euris led a bi-monthly steering committee, dedicated to this project, without compromising on the initial objectives.
