Managers’ training program

Everyone in the company with both hierarchical and functional management responsibilities.

• in the use of managerial techniques and of a common vocabulary.

• Knowing how to manage on a daily basis
• Knowing how to communicate better
• Knowing how to manage oneself
• Knowing how to lead people and have them involved

• Two weeks before the opening date, each attendee receives access to our BASEMANAGER platform, an e-learning to evaluate their level of use of the 5 basic management techniques.

• A presentation of the training during a a half day to get to know the training and each one’s role.

• During this meeting, the facilitator guides discussions, proposes exercises and simulations, and et solicits their participation according to their own experiences.
At the end of each session, attendees chose a training contract linked to one of the techniques they have discovered; they put it in practice from the next day on in their daily life. At the beginning of the next session, the training results are evaluated.

• At the end of each session, the facilitator gives each attendee a file that he/she is invited to prepare before next session. This pedagogic chapter is a company novel of which each chapter allows to think about concrete situations, imagine solutions, analyze concepts and practice.

• During a half day synthesis, attendees assess the road taken and project future improvements.

Two possible durations:

  • SEither 7 sessions spaced 15 days, with a first presentation session lasting half a day, followed by 5 sessions lasting one day, and a half day synthesis.
  • Or 12 sessions spaced 15 days with a first presentation session lasting half a day, followed by 10 sessions lasting half a day, and a half day synthesis.

Two possible ways of conducting the training according to your objectives:

  • An Euris Consultant is the facilitator.
  • One of your managers is the facilitator. He/she will previously be trained to conducting this training. When managers become facilitators, the internal management culture is better spread and its evolution gets easier.
