What is a Euristic ? 
It’s a trick, a method, a principle of action that, used in a given context, makes it possible to decide, to make one’s choices and to move forward !
Thus, the “WWWWHW” questions to make an inventory or the other’s landscape to put ourselves in the place of our interlocutor, are particularly effective euristics.
